Jeffrey Allen Riggleman, age 51 passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.  Jeffrey was born in Washington, DC on September 12, 1957, the son of Ralph “Pete” Cody Riggleman of Upper Tract, WV and the late Joann Cathern Alt Riggleman (May-11-1993).  Mr. Riggleman was married to Marianne Patricia Miller of Waldorf, MD.  He was a graduate of Surattsville High School, worked in window manufacturing and was an Artillery Mechanic for Beretta Corporation. 

Mr. Riggleman is survived by:  a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Lagana and Husband Tony, Athens, AL; 2 sons, Joshua Allen Riggleman and fiancé, Kimberly of Solomon’s Island, MD and Jason Cody Riggleman, of Waldorf, MD; a brother, Ricky Waggy of Ohio, and 2 Grandchildren, Jordan Riggleman and Jasmyne Lagana.

Family will receive friends on Monday, August 3, 2009 from 6-8 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV.  Rev. Edgar Null will conduct funeral services on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will be in the Kline Cemetery, Upper Tract, WV.
