I'm so sorry you have to experience losing your spouse. Please take care of
yourself. It's a hard experience. You'll never get over losing her, but you
will learn how to live with it.

Shirley and I started out in first grade
together and were friends through school and later.

Dear Friends,

I just received my copy of the PT this morning and was so sad
to learn about Shirley. She was such a special lady and a wonderful blessing to
all of us who knew and loved her. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are
with you in Franklin now. Dale, you have been so good and strong through her
illness. Deb, what a fine daughter you are. I miss you all. Linda

I have never been so impressed by a husband that took his marriage vows as
serious as you. You were a constant help to your wife throughout her stay at the
nursing home and even though she is gone, your memories will hopefully bring you
peace. I can only imagine the void you fill with her loss but try to be active
and know we all are thinking of you at this difficult time. You might not
remember me but we talked once a year and I was always impressed at your
motivation to continue to care for your wife after she went to the nursing home.
God Bless.
