Patricia Ann Turner Phillips, age 52 passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, VA. Mrs. Phillips was born in Harrisonburg, VA, the  daughter of Genevieve Bennett Turner of Riverton, WV and Wayne Warner of Franklin, WV. Patricia attended Circleville High School and was a cook having worked at Country Cookin' and L & S Diner. She married Willard Phillips who survives in Harrisonburg, VA.
In addition to her husband and parents, Patricia is survived by: 2 Sons, Robert Propst, Fulks Run, VA and Jeremy Propst, Petersburg, WV; 4 Grandchildren, Kyle Propst, Logan Propst, Tessa Propst and Alex Cassell.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 from Noon-2 PM. Rev. Stanley Kile will conduct funeral services at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Mallow Cemetery, Riverton, WV. Memorials may be made to “the family”, c/o Basagic Funeral Home, POB 215, Franklin, WV 26807.
