What is a burial vault?
Underground
burial with casket continues to be the preferred form
of interment. To facilitate beautification and maintenance
of graves and cemetery grounds, many cemeteries require
that the casket be placed in an outer burial receptacle
capable of withstanding the weight and pressures of
the earth above and surrounding the receptacle.

met by a burial vault. The burial vault line from Wilbert
is a sealed outer burial receptacle, which receives the casket
and protects it against the penetration of moisture, the weight
of the earth and the elements in a subsoil situation.Wilbert
brand burial vaults provide complete, hermetically sealed
protection for the casket and body. Five burial vaults are
available from Wilbert: the Triune®, SST/Triune®,
Venetian®, Continental®, and Monticello®. Wilbert

SST/TRIUNE®
is security at a sensible
price. Massive, thick-walled concrete base and cover. ABS
Trilon® and brilliant stainless steel liners are epoxy-bonded
to the interior surfaces via Wilbert's patented Unidex®
system. Base and cover fit together through a special tongue-and-groove
design, and the vault is sealed with Wilbert's proven Superseal®
compound. A high luster stainless steel carapace adds beauty
