Ada Belle "Doll" Huffman , age 90, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. She was born on November 16, 1935, in Franklin, WV, the daughter of the late William Isaac and Gladys Laura (Huffman) Hedrick. On February 9, 1955, Doll married Marshall Rolan Huffman, who preceded her in death on April 25, 2021.

Ada Belle was a 1953 graduate of Franklin High School and a member of the Friends Run Church of the Brethren. She had worked at Hanover Shoe Company for 25 years and was a farmer and homemaker. Doll took pride in her family and gardening. She instilled a legacy of love and hard work that will forever be cherished by her children and grandchildren.

Ada Belle leaves behind to cherish her memory: a daughter, Sherry Hartman (Charles) of Franklin, WV; a son, Ron Huffman (Wendy) of Franklin, WV; 3 grandchildren, Torrey Huffman (Kerlin), Stephanie Hensley (Richard), Jessica Hartman (Christian Crocker); 9 great-grandchildren, Scott, Jason, Cayden, Dylan, Addy, Gracie, Freddy, Isaac and Allison; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by: 2 sister, Catherine Bowers and Delores Jean Landes.

Ada Belle's family will receive friends on Friday, January2, 2026, 5-7 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Mike Lambert and Willard Huffman officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Franklin, WV. Memorials may be made to: any Pendleton County Rescue Squad or Friends Run Church of the Brethren.
