Arlene Isabelle Elliott, age 84, of Petersburg, WV, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 26, 2026 at the Berkeley Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV. Arlene was born on April 24, 1942 in Keyser, WV, the daughter of the late Luther and Helen (Rogers) Smith. She was married to Robert Earl Miller, the father of her children and to the late James Carl Doland and Lee Roy Elliott, Jr.

Ms. Elliott was a 1961 graduate of Keyser High School and had worked in the supply room at Potomac Valley Hospital before retiring as a supervisor in the Housekeeping department. She was a member of the Knobley Covenant Brethren Church where she served in many capacities, including teaching Sunday School and helping to paint the entire church before moving to Petersburg. While in Petersburg, she became a member of the Petersburg Memorial Brethren Church where she also helped in serving meals and doing anything she could to help out. Arlene loved the Lord Jesus and was faithful in serving wherever she was needed. She will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and servant of her Lord.

Arlene leaves behind to cherish her memory: 3 daughters, Robin Ziesemer (Kirk) of St. Marys, WV; Rosanna Call (Dusty) of Princeton, WV; April Smith of Frostburg, MD; 2 sons, Robert Miller (Tammy) of Petersburg, WV; Rodney Miller (Ruth) of Williamson, WV; a sister, Linda Sue Rogers (Carson) of Keyser, WV; 9 Grandchildren; and 12 Great-grandchildren. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Charles and Von Smith; 2 sisters, Mary Bennett; and Neva Smith.
