Bertha (Pitsenbarger) Moyers Dice , age 85, of Franklin, WV, went to be with her Lord, on Friday, January 10, 2020 at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. She was born on August 20, 1934, in Cherry Grove, WV, the daughter of the late Donna (Wimer) Pitsenbarger (Feb. 7, 1981) and the late Ernest Pitsenbarger (June 10, 1982).

Mrs. Dice worked in Monterey, VA at Aileen Garment Factory for 10 years. Then she built Cave Country Store and Campground, along with her husband Curtis in 1972, and had worked there until she was unable. Bertha was a faithful and founding member of Wayside Baptist Church, who loved her church members.

Mrs. Dice was twice married. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Curtis Moyers on March 3, 1993. She married her second husband, Isaac "Bud" Dice on July 24, 1999 and he preceded her in death on December 11, 2016.

Bertha is survived by: 2 daughters, Wanda Wimer (Frank) of Franklin, WV, Donna Simpson (Larry) of Harrisonburg, VA; a son, Andrew "Andy" Moyers of Franklin, WV; 6 grandchildren, Jeremy, Marcella and Marshe Townsend, Tiffany and Rebekah Simpson, and Travis Moyers; 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Myrtle Rader of Moyers, WV; a brother, Arthur Wade Pitsenbarger of Franklin, WV; and a host of friends whom she loved. In addition to her parents and her spouses, she was preceded in death by: 4 Pitsenbarger brothers, William (Jan. 27, 1945), Ronald Lee (Feb. 17, 1950), Byron (Feb. 5, 1974), and Worthie (May 30, 2011).

Mrs. Dice's family will receive friends on Sunday, January 12, 2020, 6-8 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will be on Monday, January 13, 2020, at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Tim Johnson and Stacy Meyerhoeffer officiating.
