Bonnie Lee Thayer , age 59, of Brandywine, WV, formerly of Sutton, WV, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 at her residence. She was born on July 13, 1960, in Washington, Dc, the daughter of Herman and Hilda Catherine (Jenkins) Ledman. Bonnie married Leslie Patrick Thayer, who preceded her in death on August 17, 2018.

Mrs. Thayer was a graduate of Bladensburg High School and was a member of Redeeming Grace Outreach Worship Center in Brandywine, WV. She had worked for WV Department of Transportation and she was a homemaker.

Mrs. Thayer is survived by: a son, Patrick Thayer of Flatwoods, WV; a sister, Shirley Liberti of Sutton, WV; a brother, Daniel Ledman (Linda) of Severna, MD; and 2 grandsons, Tanner and Mason Thayer. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Albert Dwight Ledman.

In honoring Bonnie's wishes, her body has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be at a later date, with Pastor Jason Boggs officiating.
