Brenda Ann Andrews , age 69, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at her residence. She was born on October 6, 1950, in Zigler (Smith Creek), WV, the daughter of the late Lucy Jean Hartman and the late Samuel Bowers Propst, Sr. On June 7, 1992, Brenda married Glenn Andrews, who survives in Franklin, WV.

Mrs. Andrews was a 1968 graduate of Patapsco High School in Maryland. She had worked for 22 years as a Receptionist for Burnham Woods Apartments in White Marsh, MD.

In addition to her husband, Brenda is survived by: 2 sons, Jonathan Fuller of Staunton, VA, Michael Fuller (Rita) of Nottingham, MD; a step son, Chris Andrews (Tina) of Horsham, PA; 3 step daughters, Melissa Peebles of Swainsboro, GA, Jennifer Andrews of Elgin, SC, Leni Palm (Adam) of Horsham, PA; 3 sisters, Linda Propst of Franklin, WV, Cathy Huffman (Dwight) of Greenville, WV, Mary Fern of Abingdon, VA; a brother, Thomas E. Propst of Irvine, CA; 15 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Sam Propst, Jr.

Brenda's family will receive friends on Friday, November 8, 2019, 1-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. David Hartman officiating. Interment will be in the Sam Propst, Sr. Cemetery, Franklin, WV. Memorials may be made to Pendleton County Rescue Squad.
