Brenda Joyce (Moyers) Lambert , age 76, of Franklin, WV, passed away on January 9, 2019 at the home of her granddaughter, Stephanie McCauley in Timberville, VA, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 17, 1942, in Franklin, WV, the daughter of the late Ralph and Nettie (Hartman) Moyers. On June 16, 1962, Brenda married Canter Giffin Lambert, who preceded her in death on June 9, 2013.

Ms. Lambert was a 1962 graduate of Franklin High School and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of The Latter Day Saints. She had worked for 30 years at Hanover Shoe in Quality Control.

Ms. Lambert is survived by: 3 daughters, Eugenia Milton (Ron) of Broadway, VA, Ginger Turner (Joey) Franklin, Charity Lambert of South Charleston, WV; a son, Randy Lambert (Charmeigne) of Harrisonburg, VA; a sister, Rita Hevener of Franklin; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Ronald and Donald Moyers; and a great-grandson, Lucas Lambert Green.

Ms. Lambert's family will receive friends on Saturday, January 12, 2019, 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of The Latter Day Saints in Franklin. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM with Bishop Kyle Apple and Elder David Hartman officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.
