Brian Keith Teter, age 46, of Mt. Airy, NC, formerly of Dry Fork, WV, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on April 24, 1973, in Petersburg, WV, the son of Hilda Mae Kimble Teter of Dry Fork, WV, and the late Keith Thomas Teter.

Mr. Teter was a 1991 graduate of Harman High School and 1995 graduate of WVU. While attending WVU, Brian served his country as a Soldier of the US Army (Military Police Force). He was a Manager at PetSmart in Winston-Salem, NC. He loved to spend time with his family, and travel, especially to his WV home, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother, left to cherish his memory are: 2 daughters, Amber Dulaney and husband Spencer of Mt. Airy, NC, Briana Teter of Mt. Airy, NC; a son, Logan Teter of Mt. Airy, NC; a sister, April Teter-Neff and husband Bill of Dry Fork, WV; a granddaughter, Aubree Dulaney; and a special friend, Tammy Whitlock of Mt. Airy, NC. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tom and Kathryn Teter.

Mr. Teter's family will receive friends on Monday, December 2, 2019, 10-11 AM at the Harman Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with Judy Harman officiating. Interment will be in South Branch Valley Memorial Gardens in Petersburg, WV, with Military Honors.
