B rock Richard Bland , age 20, of Seneca Rocks, WV, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021, in Franklin, WV, as the result of an ATV accident. He was born on October 2, 2000, in Buckhannon, WV, the son of Richard and Teresa Louise "Terri" (Yonce) Bland.

Brock was a 2019 graduate of Pendleton County High School and Petersburg Vocational Center. He attended Kentucky Welding Institute, where he became certified as an elite welder. He had worked for B & T Services in Joppa, MD, as a tower guy and was recently employed by ALL Construction at Mt. Storm, WV as a certified welder. He was a member of the Laborers Union #379 and attended Living Faith Church.

Brock had a passion for the outdoors, loved collecting old stuff, and was great with cars and guns. He was kind, gentle, an amazing person to be around, and was loved by everyone who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Brock leaves behind: a sister, Denali Hedrick of Charleston, WV; a brother; Hunter Hedrick of Alaska; and his girlfriend of 3 years, Marissa Hoover of Franklin, WV.

Brock's family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, 6-8 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Theodore Bennett officiating. Interment will be in the Hedrick Cemetery, Seneca Rocks, WV.
