Clona Mae (Eye) Brown, Age 83, of Belington, WV, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Autumn Lake Health Care Center in Crystal Springs, WV. She was born on February 19, 1942, in Brandywine, WV, the daughter of the late Ollie and Edith (Rexrode) Eye. On September 30, 1970, Clona married the love of her life, Eddie Lee Brown, who survives in Belington.

Clona was a graduate of Franklin High School and had owned and operated Brandywine Motel and Restaurant for 10 years. She had also worked at Wampler Poultry. Clona loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Cloa leaves behind to cherish her memory: a daughter, Rhonda Lynn Morris (Jeff) of Franklin, WV; 2 sons, John Michael Crigler (Beth) of Elkins, WV, William Charles "Chuck" Crigler of Butte, MT; a granddaughter, Meghan Hiner (Jamie); and 2 great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Blayke Bennett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: a daughter, Tonya Lee Brown; and a brother, Kenneth Eye..
