Donna Mae Wagoner , age 80, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at the Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV. She was born on January 15, 1944, in Deer Run, WV, the daughter of the late Cornelia (Skiles) Grogg and the late Curtis Grogg. On April 7, 1972, Donna married the love of her life, Ronald Keith Wagoner, who survives in Franklin.

Donna was a graduate of Franklin High School and a member Walnut Street United Methodist Church. She had worked at the Franklin Garment Company,  as a cook at Franklin High School, Secretary Eye & Craig. Donna took pride in her family and they will treasure the legacy of love that she leaves behind.

In addition to her husband, Donna is survived by: 2 sons, Keith Wagoner (Corrie) of Franklin, WV and Meredith Wagoner of Franklin; 3 grandchildren, Tristan Wagoner (Kaley), Austan (Shaniah), Mikenzie (Austin); 2 great-grandchildren, Adalynn and Archer; and an uncle, Leroy Skiles (Carol) of Petersburg, WV.

Donna's family will receive friends on Friday, December 27, 2024, 12-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Mike Loudermilk officiating. Interment will be in the Skiles Family Cemetery, Deer Run, Franklin, WV.
