Dylan Scott Reed , age 27, of Maysville, WV, passed away at his home on Thursday, June 20, 2024.  Mr. Reed was born on December 28, 1996 in Petersburg, WV, the son of Billy Joe Reed of Maysville and Tammy Dawn Mongold of Chippewa Falls, WI but was raised by Charles "Chuck" Reed of Maysville.  On March 20, 2024 Dylan married his loving wife, Amber Nicole Reed.

In 2015, Dylan graduated from Petersburg High School and attended Elkhorn Chapel in Dorcas, WV.  He was currently working as a home health aide and faithfully attended 3D Recovery in Moorefield, WV.  Dylan was an amazing son, father, and husband who will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

In addition to his wife and parents, Dylan leaves behind to cherish his memory: a daughter, Katherine Reed of Parsons, WV; a son, Braxton Pritt-Reed of Parsons, WV; 2 sisters, Felicia Reed of Petersburg, WV; Brittany Reed of Petersburg, WV; special niece and nephews, Alayna Berg, Axel and Brody Klar.

Dylan's family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, 12-2 PM, at the Basagic Funeral Home in Petersburg, WV.
