Etha Mae Bowers' Obituary
Etha Mae Bowers, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Life Care Center in New Market, VA. She was born on March 5, 1930, in Franklin, WV, the daughter of the late Robert and Flossie (Hartman) Hedrick. On June 19, 1998, Etha married Ivan B. Bowers, who preceded her in death on September 2, 2012.
