Evelyn D. Lambert, age 74, of Circleville, WV, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021, at WV Cares in Elkins, WV. She was born on August 30, 1946, in Cherry Grove, WV, the daughter of the late Marvin Jones and Arveda Francis (Arbaugh) Wimer. Evelyn married Martin Lambert, who survives in Circleville.

Mrs. Lambert was a graduate of Franklin High School and a member of North Dry Run United Methodist Church. She had worked at Connie's Sportswear in Franklin and retired from Pendleton Senior and Family Services.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Lambert is survived by: a daughter, Debra Lee Bland (Fiance Gary Sites) of Upper Tract, WV; 3 sons, Jeffrey Martin Lambert of Brandywine, WV, Michael Lynn Lambert (Wanda) of Cherry Grove, WV, Donnie Lee Bennett (Mary) of Riverton, WV; a sister, Alice Kile of Hinton, VA; 3 brothers, Jerry Wimer (Nancy) of Harrisonburg, VA, Frank Wimer (Wanda) of Franklin, WV, Marvin Wimer, Jr. (Marleta) of Franklin, WV; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lamberts' family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, 12-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Michael Lambert officiating. Interment will be in North Fork Memorial Cemetery, Riverton, WV.
