Frances Kisamore Wimer , age 84, of Circleville, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020, at her home. She was born on August 13, 1936, at Seneca Caverns, WV, the daughter of the late Emery and Kertie (Harper) Kisamore. Frances married Ambers Wimer who survives in Circleville.

Mrs. Wimer attended North Fork Schools and was a member of the North Fork Church of the Brethren. She retired from Hanover Shoe Company, after working 25 years.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wimer is survived by: 2 daughters, Carolyn Lambert (Varley Jr.) of Singers Glen, VA, Charlotte Vance (Brison) of Circleville, WV; 2 sons, Rodney Allen "Buddy" Wimer (Alice) of Petersburg, WV, Gary Wayne Wimer (Bobbie) of McDowell, VA; 10 grandchildren, Jody Lambert (Donna), Tonya Lambert, Shallon Tracey Hinkle (Brian), Bridget Riggleman (Jason), Jessie Alt (Jared), Deanna Fox (Andy), Amberly Bennett (Delmes), Adam Wimer, Dusty Wimer, D.J. Lossing; Rusty Tucker (who was like a grandson);16 great-grandchildren, Stacie and Levi Bennett, Tristan and Dallas Hinkle, Danny and Mahayla Kilgore, Logan and Kyla Riggleman, Madison and Jada Alt, Luke and Baylee Lambert, Grayson and MaKayla Wimer, Jayla Kite, Summer Wimer; and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Autumn Grace Frances Satterfield and Hadley Rayne Hinkle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: 4 brothers, Freddie, Ival Philip, Harman "Pete", and Edwin Kisamore.

Mrs. Wimer's family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Theodore Bennett officiating. Interment will be in the Wimer Cemetery on Hawbush Road, Circleville, WV.
