Ira Otis Cutlip , Sr, age 76, of Goochland, VA, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022 at his home. He was born on February 2, 1946, in Sutton, WV, the son of the late William Henry and Mary Jane (Lewis) Cutlip. Ira married Maggie Marie (Nottingham) Cutlip, who preceded him in death on July 25, 2020.

Mr. Cutlip attended Sutton Schools and worked as a farmer.

Ira is survived by: a daughter, Angel Cutlip of Petersburg, VA; a step daughter, Marie Wilson (Mike Hammer) of Franklin, WV; 2 sons, Ira Otis Cutlip, Jr. (Stacy) of Cleveland, OH, Henry Edwin Cutlip of Goochland, VA; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by: 4 brothers, Ralph Bailey, Carl Lewis, Jack Lee and William Bruce Cutlip; and a sister, Virginia Pearl Kline.

Mr. Cutlip's family will receive friends at the Miller-Cutlip Family Cemetery in Exchange, WV on Thursday, June 2, 2022, 12-2 PM.
