Jason Carl Propst, age 52, of Franklin, WV, passed away on June 21, 2022, at his home.  He was born on September, 10, 1969 , the son of the late Cleveland Lewis "Toots" and Bertha Lee (Fink) Propst.

Mr. Propst attended Franklin High School and worked as a heavy equipment operator.  Jason also worked at Hanover Shoe Company and A & J Excavating in Harrisonburg, VA.  He was a member of the Franklin Moose Lodge #769 and enjoyed riding his 4 wheeler and hanging out with his friends.

Jason is survived by: 2 sisters, Amy Lee VanMeter (Danny) of Franklin, WV; Janet Lynn Smith (Tony) of Bridgewater, VA; a brother, Lewis S. Propst (Shirley) of Westminster, MD; 2 nephews, Adam and Aaron Smith; 2 nieces, Holly Huffman and Rebekah Powers; 7 Great-Nephews; and 2 Great-Nieces.

In honoring Jason's wishes his body will be cremated.
