Jay Larkin Riggleman, age 64, of Maysville, WV passed away on June 20, 2026 at his home following an extended illness. He is the son of the late Ersel Blaine and Donna (Rumor) Riggleman. On July 2, 1983 Jay married the love of his life, Tina Louise (Iman) Riggleman who survives in Maysville.

Mr. Riggleman was a 1979 graduate from Petersburg High School and was a Christian in faith. In 1998, Jay became the owner and operator of Riggleman Heating and Air which he passed down to his son, Shane. Although in recent years, his health has prevented him from riding his motorcycle, Jay enjoyed taking rides along the West Virginia open roads.

In addition to his wife, Jay is survived by: a son, Shane Riggleman (Misty) of Maysville, WV; a granddaughter, Ella Renae Riggleman; a sister; and 2 brothers.
