Jeanne E. Hillman , age of 89 of Arthur, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at her home following a long illness. She was born in East Liverpool, OH, the daughter of the late, Leo Carr and Elma (Hetzel) Carr. On July 26, 1952 Jeanne married her husband of 66 years, James E. Hillman, who survives in Arthur.

Mrs. Hillman graduated from high school in Syracuse, NY and was a Christian by faith. She was a full time wife and Mother, while her 3 sons were in school, but subsequently established a craft business, Roclith Creations, now known nationally as Roclith Blankets. Jeanne loved animals, especially burros and her cat, Shadow. She appreciated the gifts of nature as her favorite shirt announced "All my weeds are wild flowers". She daily thanked God for these gifts.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Hillman is survived by: 3 sons, Roy Hillman of Petersburg, WV, Clint Hillman of Petersburg and Thor Hillman (Sheila) of Bel Alton, MD; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hillman is preceded in death by a brother, Richard Carr.
