Jeffrey Lee Kesner , age 48, of Petersburg, WV, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021, in Petersburg. He was born on November 16, 1972, in Harrisonburg, VA, the son of Sharyn Betty (Crawford) Wratchford and husband Marvin of Moorefield, WV, and the late Vernon Lee Kesner. Jeffrey was previously married to Dawn VanMeter of Moorefield, WV.

Jeffrey attended Petersburg High School and later received his GED. He was very mechanically inclined and was talented with his hands. He loved the outdoors and riding his bike. He had worked as a welder and mechanic.

In addition to his mother and step father, Jeffrey is survived by: 2 daughters, Cassie Kesner and Rebekah Kesner, both of Moorefield, WV; and a granddaughter, HeavenLeigh.

All services will be private with interment in the Judy Cemetery in Upper Tract, WV, where Jeffrey will be buried beside of his father.
