Joey Allan Dolly, age 40 of Dorcas, WV, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born on February 11, 1980 in Cumberland, MD, the son of Jeff Vosburgh and Norma (Dolly) Vosburgh both of Petersburg. Joey is survived by his loving wife, CJ (Redman) Dolly who resides in Dorcas.

Mr. Dolly attended Petersburg High School and was a self-employed contractor. Joey was a loving husband, father and friend, always putting others above himself.  Joey enjoyed hunting, fishing and most importantly spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his mother and father, Mr. Dolly is survived by: 1 daughter, Addyson Dolly of Dorcas; 1 son, Cody Dolly of Dorcas and 1 brother, Kris Vosburgh of Broadway, VA.

Mr. Dolly is preceded in death by a sister, Cassie Lynn Vosburgh.
