Joey Dean Jaynes , age 57, of Franklin, WV, passed away on April 18, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 13, 1967, in Shelby, NC, the son of the late Rebecca "Becky" (Owens) Dalton and the late Paul Howard Jaynes. Joey married Katherine Sue (Miller) Jaynes, who preceded him in death.

Joey leaves behind to cherish his memory: a daughter, Tracy Ice (Olen); 2 sons, Charles Frame (Dawn) Of Sugar Grove, WV and William "Scott' Frame (Doreen) of Petersburg, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: a daughter, Tammy Frame; and a step grandson, Jacob Frame.
