Joyce Ann Borror, age 87, of Upper Tract, WV, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025 at her home.  She was born on April 13, 1938 in Waynesboro, VA, the daughter of the late Wilbert C. and Margaret Ann (Landis) Morris.  Joyce was previously married to Jesse Kidwell, James Bolin, and on December 31, 1969 married Bruce William Borror, who preceded her in death on January 2, 2014.

Joyce attended school in Alexandria, VA and was a member of the Wilson Chapel Church.  For 10 years, she worked at the Franklin Garment Factory. She had owned and operated several businesses over the years; Byrd's Restaurant in Franklin, Joyce's Bar in Scherr, WV from 1983-1984, and Joyce's Bar in Elkins, WV from 1984-1987. She and Bruce owned and operated Borror's Fresh Produce in Franklin and in Petersburg for 14 years. She also worked at Sue's Country Kitchen in Petersburg from 2020-2024.

Joyce is survived by: 3 daughters, Lisa Kitrell of Mobile, AL; Kimberly Maxson (Stephen) of Upper Tract, WV; Joyce Ann Kidwell; 2 sons, Steve Borror of  Grand Bay, AL; Jimmy Bolin of Missouri ; a sister, Doris Bowling of Spotsylvania, VA; a brother, Wilbur Morris of Alexandria, VA; 17 Grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a special great-great-granddaughter, Amelia Rose.  She was preceded in death by a son, Jesse Kidwell; 2 sisters, Barbara and Nancy; and a great-granddaughter, Abigail.

Joyce's family will receive friends on Monday, June 30, 2025, 5-7 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Taylor Basagic officiating.  Interment will be in the Kline Cemetery, Kline (Upper Tract), WV.  Memories and words of comfort may be left at www.basagic.com or on Facebook at Basagic Funeral Home.
