Judy Kay (Miskell) Sites , age 61, of Riverton, WV, formerly of Olney, MD, passed away on October 8, 2019 at The University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She was born on May 1, 1958, in Syracuse, NY, the daughter of Deane B. Chubbs of Ocalla, FL and the late Gloria Etta Seale Chubbs. On July 11, 2018, Judy married Bill Sites, who survives in Riverton, WV.

Mrs. Sites was a 1976 graduate of Cato-Meridean High School in Cato, NY and Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School in Boston, Massachusetts. She had worked as a Preschool Teacher in Montgomery County, MD.

In addition to her husband, Judy is survived by: 3 daughters, Renee Katz (Sonny) of Burtonsville, MD, April "Nickie" Miskell of Gaithersburg, MD, Erin Miskell (David Kozloski) of Chambersburg, PA; 2 sisters, Donna Burnett of NY, Lisa Moczynski of Puyallup, WA; 4 brothers, David Chubbs of IN, Deane Chubbs of NY, Donald Chubbs of MI, Jeff Chubbs of NY; and 2 grandchildren, Janaki Katz and Constance Katz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, Jeffrey James Miskell.
