Loveain H. Warner, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. She was born on September 9, 1934, at Reeds Creek, WV, the daughter of the late Oliver and Florence (Lawrence) Hedrick. On July 6, 1951, Loveain married Roy Barth Warner, Sr, who survives in Franklin, WV.

Mrs. Warner attended Franklin High School and had earned the Golden Horseshoe Award. She was a member of Christ Central Church in Upper Tract, WV. Loveain had worked and retired form IBM in Gaithersburg, MD and had worked 16 years and retired in 2018 from Pendleton Senior and Family Services as a transporter.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Warner is survived by: a daughter, Carol Hoover (Rick) of Franklin, WV; a son, Roy Barth Warner, Jr. of Franklin, WV; a sister, Sarah Smith (Bruce) of Upper Tract, WV; 4 grandchildren, Tim Hoover (Tenessa), Melanie Moyers (John), Derrick Hoover (Kaila), and Kimberly Musser (Jeremy); and 9 great-grandchildren, Brisco, Americus, Keid, Makenna, Marleigh, Bryer, Andrea, Ashton, and Ellanore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: a son, David Wayne Warner; a brother, Paul Hedrick; and 4 sisters, Shirley Thompson, Ruby Crown, Frances Halterman, and Joanna Hedrick.

Mrs. Warner's family will receive friends on Saturday, June 6, 2020, 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Cedar Hill Cemetery, with Pastor Sam Harper officiating. Memorials may be made to Lovain's family, c/o Roy B.
