Marcella June Sinnet t, age 60, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at her home. She was born on August 6, 1959, in Harrisonburg, VA, the daughter of Lucy Mattox Westfall of Franklin, WV and the late Oliver Cromwell Mowery, Sr. (3-1-2015). On May 7, 1977, Marcella married Danny Sinnett, who survives in Franklin, WV.

Marcella was a 1977 graduate of Franklin High School and attended Christ Central Church in Upper Tract, WV. She had worked at Fox's Pizza in Brandywine and Franklin, Franklin Garment Company, Pendleton Senior and Family Services, and Potomac Highland Rec Center.

In addition to her husband and mother, Marcella is survived by: a daughter, Melina Mason (Christopher) of Franklin, WV; a brother, Oliver C. Mowery III of Franklin, WV; and a grandson, Landan Mason.

Marcella's family will receive friends on Saturday, June 20, 2020, 12-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Hakes officiating. Interment will be in Cherry Hill Cemetery in Upper Tract, WV.
