Margaret Rose Wimer , age 71, of Franklin, WV, left her earthly home on Friday, September 6, 2024, at her home. She was born on April 18, 1953, at Cherry Grove, WV, the daughter of the late Berlin and Clara Mae (Arbogast) White.

Margaret attended Circleville High School and was a member of Big Run Presbyterian Church. She worked varioius jobs throughout her life, including Franklin Garment Company, Hanover Shoe Company and Pendleton Nursing Home. She retired in 2021, after 22 years of service from PCHS as a cook, where she touched many students lives. Margaret was a devoted mother and garndmother who took pride in her family and her work. She was the author of the book, 'Flood of Pendleton County".

Margaret leaves behind to cherish her memory: 3 daughters, Tina Eye of Franklin, WV, LaBreeska Kimble (Fiance Buck Riggleman) of Franklin, WV, Amy Wimer of Franklin, WV; 2 sons, Corey Wimer (Crystal) of Lost Creek, WV, Marlin Wimer of Clarksburg, WV; 2 sisters, Shirley Ann Bennett of Cherry Grove, WV, Alice Losh of Staunton, VA; 2 brothers, Leroy Roger White of Arbovale, WV, Thomas White of Cherry Gove, WV; and 11 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: 3 brothers, Jackie Eugene, Paul, and Charles E. White; and 5 sisters, Darlene Willis, Martha Gilley, Ella May White, Donna Sue Colaw, and Leona Peck.

Margaret's family will receive friends on Monday, September 9, 2024, 1-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Tim Johnson officiating. Interment will be in the White Family Cemetery, Riverton, WV.
