Mary Virginia Manning , age 59 of Petersburg, WV passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Winchester, VA on April 18, 1960 the daughter of Shirley May Oates of Baker, WV.

Mary was a Pentecostal in faith. She enjoyed music and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Ms. Manning is survived by: 2 daughters, Crystal Lewis and husband, Eric, of Petersburg and April Rambo of Aston, PA; and 1 son, William Earl Rambo, III of Moorefield, WV.
