Thursday, May 18, 2023, became Heaven Day for Max Lee Rodriguez, 44, of Mount Crawford, Virginia.

Max was born August 8, 1978, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and was the son of Magdalene Martinez of New York and the late Leonardo Rodriguez.

Max was employed with Interchange Group and attended New Beginnings Church.

On September 4, 2010, he married Aimee Dawn Conrad, who survives.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by three sons, Trevian Rodriguez and Julius Rodriguez, both of Harrisonburg and Carmelo Rodriguez of home; two sisters, Kamiash Brown and husband, Jodi and Isha Suarez and husband, Anthony Ramsey, all of New York; grandchild, Jonahliz Rodriguez; mother-in-law, Frances Conrad Morgan and husband, Robert of Rockingham; father-in-law, James "Jed" Conrad of Fort Seybert, West Virginia, sisters-in-law, Susan Melendez and husband, Alex of Rockingham, Sara Ferrell and husband, Joe of Mt. Crawford and Andrea Cunningham and husband, Jim of Buckhannon, West Virginia and numerous nieces and nephews.

Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV, will assist with a graveside service at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Fairview Cemetery in Fort Seybert, West Virginia with Pastor Scott Schneiderman officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Max's memory to Blue Ridge Christian School.
