Michael Eugene Bliley , age 78, of Sugar Grove, WV, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at his home. He was born on September 21, 1943, in Richmond, VA, the son of the late George Raymond and Ann (Grieve) Bliley. Michael married Trisha (Walker) Bliley, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Bliley was a graduate of Benedictine High School in Richmond VA and of the Virginia Commonwealth University. He was a general contractor construction worker and a Vietnam Veteran of the US Marines.

Mr. Bliley is survived by: a sister, Carol Markow (Ted) of Richmond, VA; and a brother, Stephen Bliley of Faber, VA. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by: a brother, George; and 2 sisters, Theresa Miller and Ann Lee O'Keeffe.
