Michael Shawn Dixon, age 25, of Mt. Storm, WV, passed away at his home on Friday, May 27, 2022.  He was born on November 9, 1996, in Oakland, MD, the son of Herman Richard Dixon, Jr and Tammy Jean (Bowling) Dixon.

Mr. Dixon was a 2015 graduate of Union High School and began working for his uncle, Gary Lambka, in environmental cleaning.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping, and fishing.

In addition to his parents, Michael is survived by: a sister, Amy Dixon (Fiancé Freddie Evans) of Hartmansville, WV; a brother, Richard Dixon (Danielle) of Oakland, MD; his Grandad, Herman Richard Dixon, Sr. (Krista) of New Creek, WV; and nieces, Addison Dixon and Brayleigh Dixon.  He was preceded in death by: a brother, Jeffrey Dale Dixon; a sister, Natosha Dixon; and grandparents, Anna Blanche Dixon, Charles Bowling, and Nancy Ward.
