Michelle Suzanne Lytton, age 58, of Waynesboro, VA, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Henrico Doctors Hospital in Richmond, VA. She was born on February 19, 1968, in Northern Virginia, the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Carlson) Lytton.

Michelle was a 1986 graduate of Bruton High School in Williamsburg, VA and she gradated from JMU with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. Michelle was compassionate about helping youngsters with special needs and she applied her skills as a transition specialist, a special education teacher and tutor.

Michelle leaves behind to cherish her memory: 3 sisters, Danielle McNulty (Michael) of Waynesboro, VA, Peggy Riccio (Bob) of Alexandria, VA, Rosemarie Harrington (Parker) of Arlington, VA; 7 nieces and nephews; and 2 great-nieces and nephews.

In honoring Michelle's wishes, her body has been cremated. Entombment of ashes will be in the Columbia Gardens in Arlington, VA.
