Our beloved friend, Mona Elizabeth Green, 49 of Brandywine, WV, formerly of Raleigh, NC, went to be an angel on December 16, 2018 at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA, from heart failure. She was born on February 24, 1969, in Raleigh, the daughter of the late Linda L. Green.

Mona had many friends who loved her dearly. She had a huge, kind heart, and did plenty for all who knew her. She will be missed and remembered by many, especially by her cats, Fluffy, Shorty, and Mia.

Mona is survived by her friend and caretaker of 25 years, Alan Jones of Brandywine.
