Norma Lee Arnold , age 85, of Seneca Rocks, WV, formerly of Gautier, MS, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at the home of her niece, Judy Hickey, with whom she lived, after a very long battle with lymphoma.

Norma was the daughter of the late Jessie Arthur West and Emily Jane Berry West. She was born and raised with her sisters in Glade, Jones County, MS. Norma was a former bank teller and volunteered with the American Red Cross. She attended Jones County Junior college and Mississippi State and concentrated in the Veterinary field.

Norma was predeceased by her sisters, Gertrude Gordon, Wyona Henschel, Joyce Yelverton, and Betty Hollingsworth; her first husband, Richard W. Murray and second husband, Herman A. Arnold; and her only child, Richard W. Murray.

Norma had a vibrant sense of humor and loved telling stories.

Norma is survived by: 2 grandsons, John Michael Murray and William Brandon Murray, both of Mississippi; and several nieces and nephews.
