Pamela Joy Clifton, age 66, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at her home. She was born in Staunton, VA, the daughter of the late Betty Lee (Harris) Rowe and William A. Rowe, Sr. Pamela was preceded in death by husband of 30 years, Ricky Clifton.

Pamela was a 1978 graduate of Fort Defiance High School and was a Baptist by faith. She retired from Carographics in Verona, VA.

Pamela leaves behind to cherish her memory: a step-son, Ryan Clifton of Crimora, VA; a brother, William A. “Billy” Rowe, Jr., "little brother" of Franklin, WV; and a grandchild, Cain.
