Pamela Frances Tilley , age 57, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020 at her home. She was born in Mullens, WV, on October 5, 1963, the daughter of Shirley (Bailey) Webb of Harrisonburg, VA and the late William Hobert Webb.

Pamela had worked for Headstart as a bus driver and a cook, and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Pamela is survived by: her husband, Jim Perry of Franklin, WV; a daughter, Nikki Irick of Whiesville, WV; 2 sons, Shaw Irick (Cheryl) of McGaheysville, VA, Casey Tilley of Mullens, WV; 2 sisters, Kathy Irick (Roger) of Glen Fork, WV, Debbie O'Bryan of Houston, TX; a brother, Mike Webb of Shady Springs, WV; and 8 grandchildren.
