Patsy Louise Nicholas , age 59, of Circleville, WV, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born on August 5, 1962, in Elkins, WV, the daughter of the late Richard Henry and Virginia Mae (Thompson) Burns. On October 15, 1978, Patsy married her husband of 43 years, Jackie Lee Nicholas, who survives in Circleville.

Patsy attended Circleville High School and was a member of the Circleville Presbyterian Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband, Patsy leaves behind to cherish her memories: 2 daughters, Stephanie Nicholas of Circleville, WV, Miranda Vandevender (Tommy) of Bartow, WV; a son, Bradley Nicholas of Circleville, WV; 5 sisters, Barbara Shank of Harrisonburg, VA, Christina Evans (Frederick) of Riverton, WV, Amy Burns of Thornwood, WV, Donna Burns of Riverton, WV, Tamela Cooper of Harman, WV; 3 brothers, Tommy Burns (Karen) of Timberville, VA, Richard Gunior Burns of Riverton, WV, Dan Burns of Riverton, WV; 2 granddaughters, Allison and Layla Warner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Allen Burns.
