Phillip Edward "Jake" Kimble, age 58, of Fisher, WV, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at his home.  He was born on Saturday, April 1,1967 in Petersburg, WV, the son of the late Earl Denver Kimble and Catherine O. (Foor) Kimble of Upper Tract, WV.

Mr. Kimble attended school in Upper Tract and later received his GED.  Jake worked at SMC Concrete Construction in Annandale, VA and most recently, doing maintenance on trailers in Fisher, WV.   Jake was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He lived his life to the fullest and took advantage of every freedom our great country has to offer.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his mother, Jake is survived by: a daughter Robin Crouse (Scott); 4 Grandchildren, Alyssa, Arayah, Jackson and Brayden;  3 sisters, Elizabeth R. Mongold (Bobby) of Petersburg, WV; Barbara C. Mitchell of Moorefield, WV; Linda M. Kimble (Joseph Fawley) of Grafton, WV; 4 brothers, Earl J. Kimble (Kathy) of Franklin, WV; Clinton R. Kimble (Judy) of Upper Tract, WV; Jerry L. Kimble (Janice) of Franklin, WV; and Johnny A. Kimble (Cherie) of Upper Tract, WV.  His longtime companion, Kristy Barr and her children, Michael; William, Gini; Tommy; Sarah; and Tyler Flynn; along with numerous nieces and nephews.   He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Vernon D. and Timmy C. Kimble.
