Ralph Pitsenbarger, Jr. , age 56, of Franklin, WV, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021, at his residence. He was born on September 16, 1964, in Avon, OH, the son of the late Ralph (5-20-2013) and Arvella Mae (Lambert) Pitsenbarger (4-11-2021).

Ralph was a 1982 graduate of Avon High School in OH. He had a passion for kayaking and floating the river.

Mr. Pitsenbarger is survived by: a daughter, Falisha Norris (James) of Hedgesville, WV; a step daughter, Leanne Breeden of Elkton, VA; 2 sisters, Sheila Rexrode of Franklin, WV, Shelly Kate Monssen of Elyria, OH; a brother, Dennis Lambert (Cricket) of Franklin, WV; 2 grandson, Noah and Jacob Norris; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
