Randolph Arbogast , age 81, of Circleville, WV, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at his residence. He was born on July 13, 1940, the son of the late Leonard and Katie (Bennett) Arbogast.

Mr. Arbogast retired form Hanover Shoe Company, where he worked in the trimming department. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Arbogast is survived by: his lifelong partner, Thelma White of Circleville, WV; a daughter, Tina Eye, of Franklin, WV; a step daughter, Lisa Caplinger (Dale) of Arthur, WV; 2 step sons, Ronald White (Catherine) of Highpoint, NC, Timothy White (Connie) of Circleville, WV; a brother, Akie Arbogast of Elkins, WV; a grandson, Christopher Eye of Franklin, WV; 6 step grandchildren; and 2 step great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Elmer and Ronald Arbogast; and 4 sisters, Tiny Simmons, Sylvia Moats, Bessie Vandevander, and Dessie Hedrick.

In honoring Mr. Arbogast's wishes, his body will be cremated. His family will receive friends on Friday, July 16, 2021, 4-6 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV, with a memorial service at 6:00 PM, with Pastor Allen Sisson officiating.
