Rhuann Cabral, age 82, of Petersburg and formerly of Cabins & Fairmont, WV, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at her home.  She was born on November 10, 1942, in Fairmont, WV, the daughter of the late Dale and Betty (Craigh) Harter.  Rhuann was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Cabral on March 3, 2000 and her longtime companion, John Benjamin Juker on January 20, 2009.

Ms. Cabral graduated from Fairmont Senior High School in Fairmont, WV and worked at Fairmont General Hospital until her retirement.  She found joy in cooking and baking for her family and just being out in nature taking in all the beauty with her dogs by her side.

Rhuann is survived by: 2 sisters, Peggy Rundle (John) of Fairmont, WV; Judy Reese of Florida; a brother, Ricky Harter of Fairmont, WV; several Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren; and her caretaker, Alisha Sites.  She was preceded in death by: 2 sons, Jim and Greg Watson; and a daughter, Tonya Minico.

Ms. Cabral's family will receive friends on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 11-12 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home, Petersburg, WV.  Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 PM with Pastor Matt Perrine officiating.   Interment will be in the South Branch Valley Memorial Gardens in Petersburg.
