Robert Wayne Reel, age 51, of Petersburg, WV passed away on Friday, December 09, 2022 at Hampshire Memorial Hospital in Romney, WV.  Mr. Reel was born on April 2, 1971, the son of the late Olie Edward and Catherine Lou (Thompson) Reel.  Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Starlene Sue Reel.

Mr. Reel attended Franklin High School and was a Christian by faith.  He had previously worked at Pilgrim's Pride in Moorefield, WV.  In his spare time, Robert loved to work on cars, go fishing, and spend time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Reel is survived by: a daughter, Briana Reel (fiancé Tim Gordon) of Springfield, WV ; a son, Jonathan Reel of Petersburg, WV; 3 brothers, Mark Reel of Petersburg, WV, Terry Reel of Petersburg, WV, John Reel of Virginia; 5 grandchildren, Landon, Aubree, Scarlett, Navah, and Naomi.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brittany Reel; 2 brothers, Gary Reel, Frank Reel and a sister Carol Mason.
