Robert Evan Spencer, Jr. , age 76 of Franklin, WV, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at the Franklin Group Home in Franklin, WV. He was born on July 17, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of Robert Spencer and Alberta (Dalton) Spencer.

Robert attended the Assembly of God Church in Franklin. He enjoyed visiting with others, recreational activities, and he loved music. Robert became a family member of the Franklin Group Home on March 18, 1991.
