Robin Ann Mallow, age 67, of Cabins, WV passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 following an extended illness at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV.  She was born on November 8, 1957 in Washington D.C., the daughter of Arthur and Thelma (Price) Frey.  On October 28, 2000, Robin married Earl D. Mallow who survives in Cabins.

Robin graduated from Yorktown High School in Arlington, VA and was a proud member of a military family which continued into her family.  She was a barber by trade, specializing in military cuts, whether it be buzz, crew, flat top, or high and tight.  In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting, antiquing, and watching the next Steelers Game.  She always made time for her family and loved every moment spent with them.

In addition to her husband, Robin is survived by: a daughter, Heather Marie Thomas (Mark) of Virginia; a step-son, Mason Earl Mallow of Virginia; a brother, Ronald Joseph Frey (Sharon) of South Carolina; 4 grandchildren, Nicholas Michael Mutter in the US Navy; Alex Seamus Mutter of Virginia; Christopher Lee Simpson in the US Army; Violet Coraline (Mutter) Mullins of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by: a daughter, Heidi Ann Mutter; a brother, Arthur Joel Frey and his wife, Carolyn.
