Roy Eugene Woods , age 42 of Franklin, WV, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at his residence. He was born on November 26, 1979, in Spencer, WV, the son of Dinah Drake of Spencer, WV and the late Roy Eugene Woods, Sr.

Roy was a graduate of Roane High School and attended West Virginia University.

In addition to his mother, he was survived by: his children, Laney Sites-Woods and Gage Sites-Woods of Circleville, WV; and a sister, Rhea Stickle of Charleston, WV.
