Ruby Gail (Waggy) Kimble , age 87, of Mt. Airy, MD, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Homewood Nursing Home in Williamsport, in MD. She was born on September 15, 1933, in Franklin, WV, the daughter of the late Harvey Floyd and Margie (Phares) Waggy. On September 15, 1955, she married Dolan Ray Kimble, who preceded her in death on November 17, 2000.

Mrs. Kimble was a graduate of Franklin High School and a member of Howard Chapel United Methodist Church in Mt. Airy, MD. She was a homemaker and loving mother.

Mrs. Kimble is survived by: 2 sons, William Michael Kimble (Amy) of Eldersburg, MD, Jeffrey Todd Kimble (Sibel) of Hagerstown, MD; a brother, Wayne Waggy (Mae) of Franklin, WV; 4 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 4 step great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: 2 twin sons, Marlin Richard and Michael Ray; 3 brothers, Richard, James "Jimmie", and Harold Waggy; and 2 sisters, Hazel Harper and Rozelva Waggy.

Mrs. Kimble's family will receive friends on Monday, June 28, 2021, 12-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin, WV, with Pastor Mike Loudermilk officiating.
