Sally Louise Mach, age 95, of Stonington, Maine and Petersburg, WV passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at her home in WV.  She was born on August 1, 1930 in Southbridge, MA, the daughter of the late Charles Stephen Russell and Loraine (Russell) Williams.  Her husband, Albert Charles Mach, Sr., preceded Sally in death.

Growing up, Sally especially loved being in Maine with her grandparents, rowing around the area enjoying the ocean and her many friends on the Island.

Following her high school and college education, Sally worked as a clerk for the United States Postal Service in Sturbridge, MA and at a restaurant bakery. Her greatest joy however, was running her own shop.  She was the owner and operator of Clam Factory Gifts in Stonington, ME.  She put many hours into painting her crafts and creating cross-stitch pieces to sell to her loyal customers. Daily neighbors and friends would stop by just to visit her at the shop.

Sally leaves behind to cherish her memory: two children, a daughter, Katherine L. Lawson of Maine; a son, Albert C. Mach II (Nancy) of Arthur, WV; 2 Grandchildren, Julie-Ann Steele (James); Kim Lawson (Linda); and 5 Great-grandchildren. Many close friends in Maine including Tom Libby will hold dear decades of fond memories. Sally deeply loved her many nieces and nephews, as her family was her world.
